Refund or Exchanging a Ticket
Unfortunately, your bus tickets is not refundable.
If you would like to exchange your ticket you can do so ONLY at the departure station up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Boarding the Bus & Ticket Printing
When preparing to board the bus for your AMAZING trip, please remember to do the following things:
1) Present a printed copy of your ticket you received during the purchase.
2) You must also have a PICTURE ID card that matches the name on the passenger ticket. All printed tickets must be printed on A4 size paper.
Any bus operator under Pinbus allows each passenger to carry one suitcase with a maximum weigh in of 20kg. If you need to bring extra luggage you can request this when you arrive at the station before your departure, but please note that there might be an extra fee.
One small carry-on is allowed in the coach if it fits under the seat or in the overhead bin on the bus. Any luggage with wheels must be stored under the bus.
Traveling with Children or Minors
Children traveling alone within the country require an authorization signed by a responsible adult.
Once complete, it must be printed, signed and submitted by the passage to the bus driver.
They can not occupy the front seats, usually seats 1, 2, 3 and 4.
In order to bring a bike, or any other sports equipment on your journey, you must contact the bus operator first, and ask them if you can for your specific journey.
This depends solely on space in the bus. You can arrive at the station early and ask them if you will be able to carry it with you.
A fee may be charged.
The only dogs or animals allowed to travel on buses are guide dogs for the blind and the owner will need to show proof that the animal is a guide dog.
