Refund or Exchanging a Grupo Senda Ticket
If you purchase a ticket with Grupo Senda please note they are NOT refundable.
They do offer exchanges following this process:
1) Head to the departure station at least 2 hours before departure and ask for an exchange.
Fees may apply.
If your travel plans have changed, then you can make one ticket change. If your ticket has expired, then you’ll need to contact Grupo Senda at 01800-890-9090 from Mexico or 1800-833-7300 from the U.S. If you’ve lost your ticket, then you’ll have to phone the call center, where they will be able to help you.
Boarding the Bus & Ticket Printing
When preparing to board the bus for your AMAZING trip, please remember to do the following things:
1) You have to print the ticket.
2) You also need a PICTURE ID that matches the name on the passenger ticket.
Bringing luggage on a bus is often much easier and less expensive than bringing luggage with you on a plane.
When you arrive at the bus station, you’ll want to check your bags in the baggage area. Each ticketed passenger is permitted two pieces of checked luggage.
You can also bring another piece of luggage on board with you, as long as it fits into the overhead compartment
Traveling with Children or Minors
Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed to travel unaccompanied by an adult passenger.
Minors should have proof of age with them if requested to show that identification to personnel. This policy if for the safety of children and in no way to reflect on the maturity or trustworthiness of young passengers.
Children 6 years and older must have a ticket to board the bus and young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
You like to snowboard, bike, roller blade, surf or perform any other sport? No problem. Grupo Senda does accept sports equipment but you must make sure to respect their policies.
You may bring your equipment with you however you are expected to provide the right plastic or wood casing for the equipment or else it will not be accepted. Please note there will be a 9 Euro fee per piece of equipment.
Grupo Senda or Busbud takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
We know that you love your pets and most are not a behavior problem.
Grupo Senda's concern is the health and welfare of your fellow passengers.
They do make one exception to this policy on animals: their policy is to only allow service animals who are accompanying guests who have a disability.
The service animal must be identified by the appropriate scarf and the passenger must carry the permit. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times (i.e., leash, harness or carrier).
Service animals must ride in the bus within the customer`s space and may not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat unless it has been paid for in advance.
