Refund or Exchanging a Eurolines Ticket
If you purchase a ticket with Eurolines please note that it must be refunded by Eurolines directly (may be fees). You will need to contact them directly, on their website or via phone.
They do offer exchanges as well, following the same process.
Please note that the cancellation and refund must meet the 72 hour deadline (before the trip departure time)
Boarding the Bus & Ticket Printing
When preparing to board the bus for your AMAZING trip, please remember to do the following things:
1) You do not have to print the ticket.
2) Instead, they require you to either present a printed copy of your ticket or an e-ticket on your phone or tablet along with a PICTURE ID that matches the name on the passenger ticket.
3) You don`t need to bring anything as long as you completed the payment process online or by phone and received an email confirming your E-Ticket.
BUSBUD TIP: However, it is always a good idea to have your E-Ticket with you as it confirms your trip details and helps you remember these important times and dates.
Eurolines allows you to bring up to 2 suitcases each weighing in at a maximum of 40kg.
One small carry-on is allowed in the coach if it fits under the seat or in the overhead bin on the bus. Any luggage with wheels must be stored under the bus.
Also, if you have extra luggage, you will be charged 5 Euros per extra baggage.
Traveling with Children or Minors
Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed to travel unaccompanied by an adult passenger.
Minors should have proof of age with them if requested to show that identification to personnel. This policy if for the safety of children and in no way to reflect on the maturity or trustworthiness of young passengers.
Children 6 years and older must have a ticket to board the bus and young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
You like to snowboard, bike, roller blade, surf or perform any other sport? No problem. Eurolines does accept sports equipment but you must make sure to respect their policies.
You may bring your equipment with you however you are expected to provide the right plastic or wood casing for the equipment or else it will not be accepted.

We know that you love your pets and most are not a behavior problem.
Eurolines concern is the health and welfare of your fellow passengers.
They do make one exception to this policy on animals: their policy is to only allow service animals who are accompanying guests who have a disability.
The service animal must be identified by the appropriate scarf and the passenger must carry the permit. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times (i.e., leash, harness or carrier).
Service animals must ride in the bus within the customer`s space and may not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat unless it has been paid for in advance.
