Refund or Exchanging a Citybus Express Ticket
If you wish to cancel the ticket and get a refund you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure to include the following information:
1) Email address used to make the purchase
2) Full name of passenger
3) Your Ticket
4) Any confirmation or Reference number you have for the purchase.
If you want to exchange your ticket you will have to follow the same process. Please note that there is a 7 day deadline for a refund or exchange request. If you would like to do so, please make sure to do it at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
Boarding the Bus & Ticket Printing
In order to board the bus with City Bus Express, you will need to present a copy of your ticket.
It can be either a printed version, or the PDF version on a mobile phone or tablet. You will also need a valid piece of Picture ID that matches the name on the passenger ticket.
Things to remember for luggage:
With City Bus Express, you are allowed to bring up to 3 suitcases with a maximum weight of 25kg each.
If you have a fourth luggage you will have to pay the price of another ticket.
Children and babies can check one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 15 kg.
Traveling with Children or Minors
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 16 and 17 need prior written authorization from a parent or custodian to travel alone.
Bikes, sports articles, ski equipment, musical instruments are allowed on the bus only after written permission from CityBusExpress.
The transport of living or dead animals with the exception of service dogs for disabled and blind people are not allowed on the bus. The passenger should notify CityBusExpress if they need a service dog for travel.
