Can I exchange my ticket ?
It's possible for you to exchange your bus ticket. Here is how it works: contact firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. We will be happy to get your ticket exchanged for you without any fees ! PLease not that if you contact us later than 24 hours in advance, we will not be able to exchange your ticket.
Can I cancel and refund my ticket ?
It's possible for you to cancel and get a refund of your bus ticket. Here is how you can do it: Make sure to contact us at email@example.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. We will process the cancellation and refund for you !
Do I need to print my ticket ?
You do not need to print your tickets in order to board the bus. You simply can show the ticket on your mobile device along with a piece of identification .
What is the policy regarding luggage?
You are allowed to bring two suitcases and one carry-on wih you. Please note that if you exceed that limit you will be charged fees of 10$US in order to bring your luggage on board the bus !
How can I pay for my buts ticket ?
We accept many different forms of payment! You can pay for your bus ticket using you credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or even using your Paypal account. It's also possible for you to choose from up to 8 different currencies to pay you tickets with :)

Can I bring sports equipment with me on my bus trip?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to bring any kind of sports equipment with you on the bus.
Can I bring my pet with me on my bus trip?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the bus. The only exception to that rule is for service animals. In that case, all proper documentation proving the animal is indeed a service animal is required in order to bring it with you in the bus.
