We sell tickets for different companies in Mexico. Each company has a differentexchange/cancellation policy. You can find more information below:
Changes are only possible for the date and time, not for the origin/destination or name of the passenger.
You have up to one hour before the departure to make the changes at the bus station with the printed ticket.
Please note that there may be exchange fees applied.
ETN and Turistar:
Changes of date, time or route may be made directly at the bus station.
It is necessary to present the printed ticket and an official ID to be able to modify your ticket (passport, driver's license, etc..)
You must process your request at least one hour before the departure.
It's only possible to change origin/destination, time, date, seat and/or name. If there is difference in the price, it must be paid at the counter. The ticket can not be open (undated, untimed without seat).
Omnibus of Mexico:
Tickets may be transferred at the bus station up to one hour before the indicated time of departure as another time or date only, not other origin or destination.
